If you need to report a concern about public safety or animal welfare matters, please submit the form below.

For urgent concerns, please contact us at 604-519-2008 (press 0). Our office is open 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 7 days/week. Please be prepared to provide as much detail as possible about the concern, including:

  • Information about the other party, if known
  • The location where the incident took place
  • The date and time the incident took place

Please note: We will pick up deceased stray domestic animals from both public and private property. However, we only accept requests for deceased wild animals on City-owned property. Deceased wild animals on private property are the responsibility of property owners. Small deceased wild animals can be bagged and put in the garbage. For larger wild animals on private property, you may need to contact a waste removal company for help.
