Customer|Connect

Customer|Connect is a secure online service that allows residents and businesses to access information about their City of New Westminster electrical utility accounts and register for eBilling. It's easy to use and all information is protected.

Getting Started:

If you have an existing MyCity profile with an electric account attached, a Customer|Connect account has already been prepared for you, simply click here and follow the instructions to activate the account.

If you are receiving electric utility ebilling, you will continue to do so and your first ebill notification email will contain instructions on how to activate your Customer|Connect account or you can click here and follow the instructions.

To set up a new Customer|Connect account, you will need your most recent electrical utility bill. If you haven't yet received a bill, please wait until you do so before attempting to create a Customer|Connect account. You will be prompted to enter the last billed amount and the billing due date. Please review the terms of use and click here to create a new account.

Information can be confirmed through the City department responsible for the page content. Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act notification:

The City of New Westminster is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us for the purpose of registering for Customer|Connect will be collected, used and protected in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA). The City does not automatically gather any personal information from you (e.g. name, phone number, address). This information is only obtained if you voluntarily provide it and, in this case, the information will only be used for the purpose of administering the MyCity service to you.
