To check if you already have an account, go to https://cityofnewwestminster.perfectmind.com and click “Forgot Password” to reset it online.

Add family members to your existing account
Please add all family members who live with you at the same address when you create your account. Adults 19+ years are encouraged to create their own accounts.

Resident Benefits

Residents have advanced access to register for programs and limited-capacity drop-in sessions.

Proof of residency is required for new accounts, and for existing accounts requesting a change of address. To add residency to an account, adults 19+ must provide two pieces of proof of address such as:

BC Driver's Licence
BC ID
BC Services Card
or City of New Westminster electrical bill dated within the past three months.

Without proof of residency in New Westminster, accounts will not have access to priority registration or resident only rental fees where applicable. Provide proof of residency when you apply online or in-person at any City of New Westminster Recreation facility within 14 days of making an account.
