City of New Westminster and New Westminster Chamber of Commerce team up for business leadership dinner March 2 featuring regional mayors

New Westminster – As a part of Innovation Week February 24 – March 3, the Chamber of Commerce and the City of New Westminster are pleased to collaborate to present a one-of-a-kind evening celebrating innovation, research, and technology in our region’s urban communities with the Leadership Dinner on March 2 at Anvil Centre.

Featuring a panel of esteemed regional mayors and representative from Surrey’s Innovation Boulevard, moderator Mark Betteridge, former CEO of Discovery Parks Realty Corp and investor in start-up technology and advisor/mentor for technology start-ups, will facilitate a discussion on how cities can build on their existing successes to collectively advance innovation and tech-related economic development. As well, there will be a discussion of how municipalities can support Canada’s Innovation Agenda.
