Summer Fun ActivePASS
One Pass. Endless Summer Adventures.
New Westminster children and youth ages 4 - 18 can enjoy eligible drop-in activities at City recreation facilities all summer long for just $25.75. The Summer Fun ActivePASS is valid from June 26 - September 7, 2026, and costs less than a few regular drop-ins!
Passes go on sale Tuesday, May 26, 2026, and will be available until Monday, August 24, 2026.
How to Get Your Pass
For New Westminster residents ages 4 - 18 only.
To purchase a Summer Fun ActivePASS, a parent or caregiver must visit any City of New Westminster Parks and Recreation facility in person and bring:
- Photo ID, such as a Driver’s Licence or BC Services Card
- Proof of New Westminster residency, such as a City utility bill
Where to Use Your Pass
Eligible drop-in service for ages 4-18 years, such as:
- Public Swim
- Fitness Classes
- Indoor Playland
- Public Skate
- Fitness Centre
and more!

About the Pass
The Summer Fun ActivePASS is designed to provide accessible recreation opportunities for children and youth, aligning with City Council’s strategic priority of fostering Community Belonging and Connection. The initiative promotes physical activity, social connection, and equitable access to recreation services by reducing financial barriers for families.
