When it comes to housing, the City of New Westminster has a lot on the go! The City is making updates to our Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw to enable more homes that meet the diverse needs of the community. These coming changes will impact many properties in the city through varying housing initiatives, such as Transit Oriented Development Areas, Townhouses, Infill Housing, and Non-Profit Affordable Housing. The City is also hosting four pop-up information booths this fall to answer your questions. Drop by one of the following events to talk with staff.
