Vintop Development Corp. has submitted a rezoning application to the City of New Westminster to redevelop 140 Sixth Street (Royal Towers) with a mixed-use project. The project consists of a mix of residential tenures (below-market and market rentals, and strata homes), new commercial spaces to help activate and animate the block, and a public plaza.

If there is a quorum present, the presentation will be followed by our AGM; otherwise the AGM will be November 6.
