Inclusive Communities with Dr. Shelley Moore Join us for a full-day learning opportunity designed for child care providers, the child care workforce, and parents. Dr. Shelley Moore will guide participants through evolving goals of inclusion, exploring how diversity and identity shape today’s classrooms and communities.
Morning Session: Explore what inclusion means, why it matters, and how Universal Design for Learning can help plan for children with disabilities in ways that benefit all learners.
Afternoon Session: Discover how place and purpose connect, and how to use place as a foundation for meaningful planning in inclusive communities. Dr. Moore brings extensive experience as an educator, consultant, and coach, as well as her acclaimed book One Without the Other and her widely viewed TEDx talk.
