For this edition of Downtown's Living Room, we're dusting off our holiday glamour and polishing our nicest heels because The Night Before Queer-mas is just around the corner! Join us at Anvil Centre on Monday December 22 for an evening that’s merry, bright, and fabulously queer.
The Night Before Queer-mas will be a joyful blend of drag performances and a holiday market bursting with queer-made treasures.
This merry evening will be hosted by Justin Abit, with special appearances by the radiant Yuen Young, the always dazzling Jerriana, and the incomparable Wanting Moi. Together, they’ll bring heart, humour, and just the right amount of holiday glam to the stage.
What we’re serving for the holidays:
- Hot Drag performances full of holiday cheer
- A queer artist market for thoughtful last-minute gifts
- A friendly crafting corner for those who are feeling inspired
This event is free and open to the public but please don't forget to tip!

Downtown's Living Room will run Monday nights (excluding holidays) at 5:30 PM. This is your chance to come hang out, relax, make new friends and enjoy different activities on offer—everyone is welcome to take part in this FREE event!
