The Capacity Café is a facilitated session for adults who work with or support young people. It offers a structured and welcoming space to hear directly from youth about their lived experiences.
Through a guided format, youth and community members will share the same space and perspective. Youth speakers will talk openly about what life is like for them, while guests are asked to listen with curiosity and respect. The purpose is not debate or problem solving, but learning, reflection, and greater understanding through youth perspectives.
Facilitators will support the conversation and help maintain a respectful, trauma informed environment for everyone present.
