This concert showcases music composed by those in their youth including Owen Black, a first year UBC composition student and a young performing artist Elaina Wai, also a first year student, playing the first 2 movements of the Elgar cello concerto. It will include Mozart’s first symphony and Schubert’s Unfinished Symphony.
