Development Application Review

Development applications are reviewed by the Transportation Division from a multi-modal perspective to determine: 

• Adherence to Zoning Bylaw requirements for off-street vehicle parking, accessible parking, bicycle parking, and loading, and  
• Alignment with the City’s Master Transportation Plan, and applicable neighbourhood transportation plans
