All community and recreation centres are closed to the public until further notice. In addition, public park playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts, artificial turf fields, skate/all-wheel parks and off-leash dog areas/dog parks are closed until further notice.
All organized and permitted events in parks and sport fields that have potential to exceed 50 people have been cancelled, including closure of field houses and change rooms.
Parks remain open. Park washroom facilities remain open and cleaned with increased frequency.

Tipperary Park (Google Maps) offers visitors with tranquillity, monuments, public art and unique ponds.
The gardens feature ponds with mini falls, stepping stones, paths and beautiful trees and native plants. Tranquility and beauty surround you as you stroll through the park popular with wedding photographers.
Amenities include picnic tables, benches, washroom facilities (in City Hall) and a self-guided Walking Tour, of park monuments and history.
Available within City Hall on Monday from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Tipperary Park, established in 1963, is 3.79 acres and has a rich history.
