We understand you cannot always use your drop-in purchase. If this happens, please let us know! It could mean that someone else can participate.

Withdrawals made up to three-hours in advance will receive a refund. Withdraw at front desk in-person, by phone (604.777.5100), or online!

How to Withdraw Online:

1. Log into your Parks and Recreation Account

2.Go to My Info. Choose your profile, and

scroll to Schedules.

3.Click "Withdraw" under the program you

previously registered for.
