Notice of Intention to Register Title to Highway and Create an Air Space Parcel
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the Corporation of the City of New Westminster (“City”) intends to consider adoption of Title to Highway (Portion of Blackie Street) Bylaw No. 8545, 2026.
The intent of the Bylaw is to register title to 207.7 square metres of road at Blackie Street, as
shown on Plan EPP155294. The resulting parcel will subsequently facilitate the creation of an
airspace parcel above Blackie Street for a future development. Blackie Street will continue to
function as part of the public street network.
