Customer|Connect Login Instructions
If you have created a Customer|Connect account you may click here to log in.
If you had an existing MyCity account, it has been recreated in Customer|Connect. The first time you log in to Customer|Connect, please use the following steps to validate the account and set your unique password:
1) You will be prompted for your user name, which has been set as your email address.
2) Select “Forgot your password?”
3) You will be prompted to enter your email address as #1 above.
4) You will be prompted with a security question:
- The question will be "Name of your first stuffed animal?"
- Answer: newwest
5) Follow the link in the Password Reset email, which you will receive immediately, and create a password
6) Click here to log in.
