After a great first week at Moody Park Outdoor Pool, we needed to make some adjustments to our booking process for all swims and Aquafit/Aqua Zumba classes. These changes will help to streamline the experience for all and continue to create space to give for everyone a chance to enjoy a swim this summer.

Please review the following changes that will apply to any bookings made beginning July 23 for swims starting August 3 and beyond:

  1. Payment for Leisure Swims and Aquafit/Aqua Zumba classes is now required at time of booking.
Lane Swimming bookings: Lane booker is required to pay at the time of booking to reserve the lane. Lane guests (up to 3 additional swimmers) must pay at the pool before entry.

Payments can be processed via debit or credit card online or over the phone. Alternatively, if cash is your only payment option, a swim credit can be added to your account for future registrations. Please call ahead to arrange.

We're sorry, our registration system cannot process bookings using an Active Moody Park Outdoor Pool 10-Visit Swim Pass. If you have purchased this pass, you may have it converted to a credit on your account for use towards swim bookings or other recreation program bookings. Please call our staff for assistance: 604.526.4281
  2. Cancellations must be made with 24 hours’ notice to receive a refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will not qualify for a refund. This policy also applies to weekend bookings. No-shows will be tracked and failure to cancel may result in pool privileges being revoked.
  3. Waitlist spaces for swims or classes are intended for members of the public who are unable to find space to register in their two 1-hour time slots per week. Waitlists spaces for swims or classes are intended for members of the public who are unable to find space to register in their two 1-hour time slots per weekIf you are on the waitlist for a specific time slot, you may lineup for your waitlisted time outside of Moody Park Pool in a Waitlist lineup.
