Hume Park off-leash area will be partially closed February 16 and 17. Access to the narrow dog run from Garrett Street will be closed while staff replace lost soil in the root zone of the undermined trees within the fenced area.

Access to the north section of the off-leash area will be accessible from Upper Hume Park north field, or from the trail leading from Lower Hume Park.

Please keep all pets on-leash until you are within fenced off-leash areas and remember to clean up after your pet, garbage cans are available throughout the park. Digging is not permitted outside of off-leash areas as it creates a safety hazard for the public and sports field users.
