The City is excited to announce the opening of the interim Esplanade connection and new Park Space B, located between the BOSA residential towers near Westminster Pier Park. This portion of riverfront pathway links the Fraser River Discovery Centre and River Market to Westminster Pier Park, providing improved public access starting Monday, June 30 at 3:00 pm.

The area is a work in progress. For your safety and convenience, please review the wayfinding maps and follow all detour signage that has been placed in the area.

We thank the community for their patience as construction continues and are happy to offer this new space for everyone’s summer enjoyment, even as work progresses. Clear wayfinding signage will guide visitors, and detailed maps and updates are available on the project page.
