Resident Registration Issues
We are aware of the residency errors in our Recreation Software system is affecting approximately 1–2% of clients. This may cause some New Westminster residents to appear as non-residents. We are working with our software provider to resolve this.
If you have recently created your Parks and Recreation Account, please ensure that you followed the steps on our Create an Account page to have your residency verified.
If you notice your account is showing as non-resident in error, please call, visit any Parks & Recreation facility, or email for assistance.
