Please find the list below of items currently NOT ACCEPTED as part of the Special Pick-Up service (note, this list is subject to change without notice):

• Area rugs, larger than 4x4 feet
• Automotive bodies or parts
• Tires
• Baby car seats
• Vehicle batteries
• Commercial appliances
• Electronics (computers and televisions)
• Hot water tanks
• Propane tanks
• Exercise equipment
• Pianos
• Bagged household waste or yard/green waste
• Construction and demolition waste (lumber, drywall, concrete, etc.)

• Home Renovation Materials:

• Sinks
• Toilets
• Bathtubs
• Hot tubs
• Flooring
• Tiles/roofing
• Doors
• Windows/mirrors (glass inserts)
• Fireplace inserts

Hazardous Materials, Medical Equipment and Waste, Toxins or Chemicals of any kind including:

• Paints and solvents (labeled or un-labeled containers)
• Waste with PCB or containing Dioxin
• Oil/fuel
• Asbestos
• Leachable toxic waste
• Corrosive materials
• Explosive materials
• Any waste listed in Schedule 7 of Hazardous Waste Regulation B.C. Reg. 63/88
