As part of the Crises Response Pilot Project (CRPP), the City of New Westminster has launched its Community Liaison Officer (CLO) Program to support businesses and residents impacted by the three crises of homelessness, mental health, and substance use. As of today, you’ll be seeing CLOs out and about in the community.
