As part of New Westminster’s Massey Victory Heights Street Lighting Replacement project, the City is hosting a workshop to discuss the heritage values of the existing streetlights in the Massey-Victory Heights neighbourhood.

We’ll begin by explaining what “heritage values” are and how they’re identified, then share the history of the neighbourhood and its streetlights. Together, we’ll explore and identify the specific heritage values of these streetlights as part of a Heritage Values Assessment requested by City Council. Please see here for more details on this project.
