Opening of the new Columbia Street on-ramp to the stal̕əw̓asəm (Riverview) Bridge in New Westminster
Starting at 6 AM on Saturday, August 29, the new Columbia Street on-ramp to the stal̕əw̓asəm Bridge will open to traffic.
Access to the stal̕əw̓asəm Bridge in New Westminster will continue to be available via McBride Boulevard and the new Royal Avenue on-ramp.
When the Columbia Street on-ramp opens, the 24/7 restriction eastbound into the Victoria Hill neighbourhood from East Royal Avenue will be removed. The temporary bus stop for Coast Mountain Bus Route #102 Westbound added on East Royal Avenue will also be removed starting Monday, August 31.
