Puddle Jumper is a collaborative piece by artist Holly Young and Richard Findlay Landscape Architect Inc. 

Richard Findlay is an award winning Landscape Architect that specializes in design of public realm spaces. He loves to dabble in urban art whenever possible in his project designs and has done so on several other  New Westminster area projects-such as at Library Plaza and at Sukh Sagar Pocket Park in Queensborough to name a few.  More can be learned about Richard’s practice at www.rfla.ca.
