To better serve our residents and to ensure equitable access to Parks and Recreation program and services, a new process is being implemented for users creating a new Xplor account. 

New Westminster residents are eligible to receive advanced access to register for programs, limited-capacity drop-in sessions, and reduced pricing on eligible rentals. New Westminster residents creating a new Xplor account will be required to show proof of residency and all new account requests will be verified by a staff member to ensure the information provided is accurate and not a duplicate of an existing account.  

Note: This applies to NEW accounts only. No action is required for existing users. 

Accounts can be created online, by phone, or in person at any Parks and Recreation facility.
