Annual flat rate utilities consists of water, sewer and solid waste charges. Utility statements are mailed late February. To be eligible for the discounted amount, all fees must be have been paid in full on or before the May 5, 2025 due date, whether or not you have received a bill. Payments received after this date will not be eligible for the discounted amount.

Any balance unpaid after December 31, 2025 may be transferred to Property Taxes in Arrears and interest will apply.
