The Hub

Current City of New Westminster employees can now access the Hub from anywhere, at any time through any device. To access the employee intranet (the Hub) from a personal computer, phone, or tablet:

  1. Sign in to the Hub with your network username and password
  2. If using a shared computer, sign out of SharePoint when you're finished. This option is available by clicking your profile image/initials at the top right of the screen
  3. Your session will expire after a period of time and you will need to sign in again to continue using the Hub

City email

Your City email account contains important communication about staff events, personnel changes, pay stubs, and more.

How to access my email when I’m not at work:

  1. Log on to webmail with your network username and password
  2. Log out of webmail if you're using a shared computer. Leaving it open will potentially allow others to access your City email
  3. If using a public computer delete the browsing history to ensure your privacy and confidentiality

Note: you are not expected to respond to work emails outside of your scheduled work time.

Password Reset

If you have forgotten your network password, you can reset it using the link below. 

Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

Once you have MFA enabled, please use the Forgot Password link available when you attempt to login to the Hub, webmail, Teams, etc.
