Employee Portal

Welcome to the City of New Westminster's employee portal. This is where you'll find links and instructions for accessing important tools like your email and the staff intranet (the Hub).

This is also where you can reset your password if you have forgotten it or it has expired. Reminder: you will be prompted to change your password every three months for security.

    • Interested in applying for a new opportunity with the City? Visit the link below to see what's currently available.

    • MFA has now been enabled for all employees, allowing anyone to access the Hub, Teams, etc., from anywhere, with any device.

Please note: You will only be prompted for MFA verification (authentication app, etc.) if you are not using a City-issued device.

If you have not yet set up MFA, please go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/ and log in with your City provided username (email address) and password, and follow the prompts for set up.

If you are using the remote access system, please ensure you choose the Authenticator App as one of your options. If you need further information, please contact the Help Desk.

    • Current City of New Westminster employees can now access the Hub from anywhere, at any time through any device. To access the employee intranet (the Hub) from a personal computer, phone, or tablet:
